The Pspi contest is organized by the non-profit association "Tilt street photography tuscany" based in via dei magazzini 19 Pontedera, Italy..
Each payment for registration is a donation that will support the organization to organize the festival on 21-22 September 2024 in Pisa.
-The contests-
The theme of the competitions is STREET PHOTOGRAPHY, there are two contests to participate in, single photo contests and photo series contests.
Single photos will be judged individually while photo series (max 12 photos) will be judged as a single project. For single photos the donation will be: -1 photo 13 euro -3 photos 28 euro
-5 photos 38 euro
The donation for the series contest will be: -1 serie 38 euro with a maximum of 12 photos
The photographs must be taken after the date 01-01-2023.
It is also possible to send photos taken before 2023 as long as they are unpublished, that is, they have not reached the finals inn any international street photography competitions.

-Rules-
The competition is open to all photographers (professional and non-professional) who are at least 18 years of age without restrictions on gender, nationality and residence. The judges will designate the 60 finalists (for singles contest) and 10 finalist (for series contest) by choosing from the photos received.
After this vote they will award the prizes to the winners by each category. The winners will be annunced saturday 21 during the festival at 18:30 (Italian hour) You can send as many photos as you want by signing up multiple times The longest side must be of MAXIMUM 1200 pixels, JPEG format (.jpg), and maximum weight of 2MB.
ALL FINALISTS WILL BE REQUESTED FOR THE RAW FILE, WHERE IT IS MISSING THEY WILL BE REQUESTED FOR THE SHOOTING SEQUENCE. IF THE ORGANIZATION FINDS THAT ONE OR MORE PHOTOS IN THE FINAL DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE ADMISSION RULES, THE PHOTOS IN QUESTION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
The Raw files that will be delivered by the finalists will be examined and, once checked, will be immediately deleted from our archives.
-Not permitted-
-It is not permitted to deceive or attempt to disguise or change the reality of the photo taken.
-It is not allowed to remove or add elements in post production
- It is not permitted to create images or parts of them via AI (artificial intelligence) systems or with plugins or other software
-Photographs that incite hatred, discrimination, violence or that are outside the norms of modesty are not permitted. -Watermarks or signatures are not allowed on the photo
-Photos taken before 01.01.2023 are not permitted unless they are unpublished (which have not reached finals in other international competitions in previous years).
COPYRIGHT ,PRIVACY and RESPONSIBILITY
All copyrights of the images submitted in the competition will remain with their creators.
The competition organization reserves the right to use these images exclusively to promote the competition itself or to advertise the Tilt Association in the Pspi event, both in digital format and on other media, with the obligation to give credit to author every time they are used.
The authors are solely responsible for the content of the images sent and waive any request for compensation, including material or moral damages, against the organizers.
Submitting images to the competition implies that participants own the copyright and necessary releases.
Accordingly, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any disputes regarding the authorship of the images or other consequences related to the images submitted in the photography competition.
We would like to inform you that we are committed to fully complying with all privacy regulations required by law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) n. 679/2016 and its related articles, including articles 13 to 22, as well as article 34.
The participant has the right to access their data and to exercise the rights of correction, integration and cancellation at any time, by contacting us at the email address pspifestival@gmail.com.
The personal data provided by participants via the registration form will be collected and processed exclusively for the purposes of the competition.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to perform the requested service, and will subsequently be archived for a period of two years, unless otherwise agreed.
The provision of data and consent to their processing are essential conditions for participating in the competition.
